What a fabulous weekend

Hi everyone, 

As promised I am back with some photos from the weekend. 

What a fabulous time we had.

It was so wonderful to spend time with our Lavinia family.

There was Tracey, Kev and all the staff at Lavinia Towers. 

Sarah and Karen my partners in crime, 

Emma Jo who is amazing 

and all you fabulous crafters. 

Some traveled down the road, and some many more miles.  

I was totally spoilt was wonderful cards and gifts, 

Gill your egg custards had been eaten by the time I took this photo..

Lisa and Freda thanks so much for the Costa too, oh it really was just perfect. 

As always I was too busy talking to take many photos…

The time went so quickly too.

We stayed at the Griffin pub.

It is a fabulous place, luxurious rooms and fabulous food.

If you go to Ruthin it is a lovely place to stay. 

I am back home now, bags unpacked , 

and house ready for the boys later.

We are having a little Halloween party for them.

Off To Ruthin

Morning everyone, 

I do hope you are keeping well. 

I am up early so that I can walk Eric and pack my car ready to head off to Ruthin. 

I do hope you are enjoying the 4 day online Hallowganza.

I am really looking forward to meeting so many of you over the next couple of days. 

Today I have another sample to share with you using some of the fabulous new stamps. 

I started off with some stamping.

Next I added some gentle stencil work.

Some colour 

And finally those finishing touches that I love, some ink splats, and white pastel pencil highlights. 

Here is a closer look. 

Oh, I had better get on my way.

It is a dark morning and raining here…so it may be a slow journey.

At least there is a Costa in Ruthin….so a lovely coffee at the other end is just the ticket.

Let The Fun Begin

Some pyrography for this afternoon

Hi everyone, 

Me again, 

I hope you are impressed with me, I am popping in again…

This time I wanted to share some pyrography with you, 

I just adore these new hare stamps  from Lavinia, and I love the way the boards have turned out..

It was a bit tricky, with all the fabulous detail, 

but I think they work really well. 

If you are coming to the Hallowganza, then you can see them in the flesh…

As I have added some colour they are decorative, only…

An Autumn wreath with the new stamps.

Good morning all, 

I do hope you have had a good start to your day. 

I have been up early, walked Eric, been shopping and I am now catching up in my craft room. 

Today I have another sample to share with you using the new stamps. 

These will be available on the Lavinia website tomorrow…

Only 1 sleep left..

I am sure you are going to love them. 

As soon as I saw the foliage ones I just knew that I had to create a wreath design, 

and the little birds are delightful.

They will be so useful. 

I started with some ink in a general shape.

Next some stamping. 

More stamping and a moon, 

Not forgetting my little blackbird…or is it a Robin? 

Some glitter, 

Background stamping and inks splats finish off the design perfectly,

An MDF door hanger.

Hi everyone, 

Thanks so much for popping in today. 

I have some fabulous news to share with you. 

I am so honoured to have been asked by Tracey and Annja to be Head of the Design Team at Lavinia.

I feel so privileged to be in this position and I really look forwards to working with everyone at Lavinia HQ.

There are so many plans and exciting times ahead. 

Today I have a door plaque to share with you.

I picked this up last time I was at the Lavinia shop, and I knew exactly how I wanted to decorate it. 

I adore these new hare stamps, honestly the detail is amazing 

I have used some gilding Polish too, 

Sometimes it is nice to create something other than a card .

I really enjoyed making this.

Magical Monday.

Good morning everyone, 

I do hope you had a lovely weekend. 

Welcome to our new follower too, it is always so nice to have new friends join us here. 

Today I have a sample to share with you, using some of the fabulous new stamps from Tracey at Lavinia. 

The new range will be released this Thursday. 

Honestly , I can’t wait. 

As soon as I saw these stamps, I just knew I needed to create this design

I started off with some stamping. 

(Now you know how much I adore hares ) 

Next I added some inks to create the background. 

More stamping.

Some finishing touches,

Circular card blanks

Morning everyone, 

Thanks so much for popping in again. 

I do hope Friday has started well for you. 

Thanks for all your lovely comments and I feel much better today thank you, 

Yesterday was a tough day but lots of paracetamol and water really helped. 

I even managed a Facebook live in my workshop group, and fingers crossed nobody noticed that I was under  the weather, although I 

did keep forgetting where I had put things .

Today I just wanted to pop in to let you know that you can now get circular card blanks from Lavinia stamps…

They come in 3 options, white, cream or grey…

As you know I adore using these and they make really special cards.

I have created another Christmas design to share with you…

You know me, 

It had to be a wreath card 

I started with some stamping , 

Deep breath, 

Straight onto the card blank, 

Next the addition of some pound stamps 

I love how these build up 

Next some colour using watercolour pencils 

And finally those finishing touches, 

Posca pen and stickles. 

I love to decorate the back too…

Just makes the card even more special.
