Forest Leaf stamp

Hi everyone, 

Thanks so much for popping in on this very 

foggy morning 

Today I have some samples to share with you using the brand new 

Forest Leaf stamp 

Released tomorrow.

First some pyrography…

As soon as I saw this stamp I knew what I wanted to do with it…

Sometimes stamps just speak to me…hope they do the same to you 

And a decorative board 

Just think of all the different colours you can use…look. 

For this sample I started  off with some stamping and embossing 

Next I added some Dinkle powders

Then some water , oh and some magic

A little additional stamping

Some white posca and Wink of Stella 

The finishing touches today are the additional butterflies and sentiment stickers

Nia and the crescent moon

Good afternoon everyone,

Small Pine Trees

Good morning everyone, 

How are things going today ? 

I must admit that I am shattered and Karl has a cold…

But hey ho these things happen 

I really must start taking a day off when I do workshops at the weekend…

I think I am getting to old to working 8 days a week , plus grandma duties,

Obviously this is a really busy week too with the Extravaganza and the new stamps being released on Thursday. 

Honestly by the time I drive home on Sunday evening I will be fit for nothing…

Today I have a sample for you using some new trees 

This is a set of 4 beautiful stamps

Small Pine Trees LAV836

I just love creating these type of backgrounds 

and changing the colours around too. 

First the blending 

Then the stamping 

Using a couple of colours of Versafine Clair ink 

Next the moon and some white PanPastel 

Some snow.

And to finish off 

The magnificent new sentiments and motifs 

This would be great for Christmas cards…

I’m off now for a well earned coffee

Monday again

Hi everyone, 

thanks so much for popping in. 

I hope you had a lovely weekend.

We had a wonderful time in the Scottish Borders, 

The workshop went really well, so lovely to spend the day with crafty friends. 

Great to see James and Emma again too…

Thanks Emma for the yummy soup and cakes…

Must admit though I had forgotten how cold it could be overnight 

We definitely needed bed socks 

The weather this morning was gorgeous and we had a lovely drive home,

Eric enjoyed every minute. 

We have unpacked, and Eric is now snoring away in his bed. 

As it is Monday , I have a little video to share with you…

and will definitely be making more.

Friday catch up

Hi everyone, 

Thanks so much for popping in today. 

I do hope you are keeping well, 

and keeping dry. 

Oh my goodness there is so much rain, and flooding around. 

I do hope you all manage to keep safe , 

especially our friends up north in Scotland. 

The wind is really picking up too.

Perfect timing for our Lavinia Workshop this weekend. 

Yes, in the Borders. 

And yes, we are camping. 

I may just pack wellington boots for us all…

Mindful time

Hi everyone, 

Thanks so much for popping in again, 

and welcome to our new followers. 

I always get giddy when we have new crafty friends join us on here. 

I do hope you had a lovely weekend. 

On Friday we had our 

Online Charity Workshop and I am so, so proud to say that we raised 

£1,000 

So a big thank you to all those ladies who joined in. 

On Saturday we went pumpkin picking at a local farm.

It is always wonderful to spend time with the boys…

Then on Sunday we managed a rare catch up with Mikey and Fran 

Look , this was lunch for Mikey and Karl..

And they cleared their plates…
