Animals Gather and make us smile

Hi everyone 

Thanks so much for popping in today 

It is so wet here today…we got soaked walking to school. 

Not to mention soaked walking Eric. 

I definitely needed a hot coffee when I got home. 

Today I have some more Challenge inspiration for you. 

It is time for the mid month reminder 

The theme is 

Animals Gather…

I do love making animal towers. 

It all started when I saw how goats love to climb trees and stand on the branches. 

Nature is amazing at times. 

I started off with choosing my animals and then stamping them 

Next I added some extra little stamps , just for some more interest. 

Then some grounding and stencil work.

Remembering the gentle tickle with the stencil, 

The finishing details were to add some colour , white highlights 

and some sparkle.

I have another busy day today and then my Charity online class tonight.

Crafting is good for the soul.

All the money raised is going to the Charity .

Our family have set this up for Heidi (Karls sister ) who would have 

celebrated her 50th Birthday this month. 

I am so chuffed.  

Thanks to all my wonderful friends at the minute I have

£800 to donate 

You lovely friends and followers really are the best .

New Products

Good morning everyone, 

Happy Thursday…

I do hope you are keeping well. 

Busy morning here with grandma duties, and walking Eric but I just wanted to pop in 

and have a catch up with you all. 

Today over on the 

Lavinia website 

We have 2 new products for you 

A fabulous new set of sticker stencils 

and some new mini hill masks..

I have used them both to create this design…

As soon as I saw them I thought of it 

Must be the way my mind works !!!,

I started with the arched window sticker stencil.

Then added Mary…I do love this stamp 

Next I added various colours of Elements ink and created the shapes with the new mini hill masks 

Some wink of Stella to finish off the whole design

A busy one here, Karl left at 5am…so I was up early

Tilly and Tango shine Brightly

I do hope today finds you well. 

I had a busy weekend, with my 

Sharing The Love Of Lavinia Class in Ruthin on Saturday 

That was after having both Elliot and Jenson here for a few days , as Adam and Danielle 

were at a Wedding in Rhodes

Yesterday we took Jenson to a ‘Disco Party’

So you can imagine today I am a little tired 

No rest though, food shopping done, Eric walked, 

Workshop prep and recording another video,,,.all done…

Phew 

They always say, 

If you want something doing 

Ask a busy person. 😊

Technique Tuesday

I am just back after driving up to Kendal to take my Mum out for cake and coffee as it 

will be here Birthday in a few days. 

Both journeys were horrendous with horrible weather, lots of hold ups and traffic jams. 

It was worth it though just to be able to wish her and my brother  Happy Birthday.

Animals Gather for October Festival

Hi everyone,

I can’t believe it is October already 

As always with a new month we have a new Lavinia Challenge 

Our new theme is 

Animals Gather 

Here is my inspiration…

I hope you like it 

I started by stamping my branch….right across the page 

Then I added some animals

We have so many to choose from 

Look how the whole scene builds up 

Next I added some ink around the animals, 

Some beautiful scenery 

Once the frame is added…look at the difference 

And then the finishing touches 

My favourite part 

Some matting and layering 

Plus a lovely sentiment sticker
