Good afternoon everyone
and thanks for popping in.
I do hope that you had a lovely weekend.
We had Karl’s parents stopping with us and we had such
a wonderful time, I even cooked us all a meal...
I have had my first visit to our new doctors for my flu jab..
So this morning I went into my craft room to get on with jobs ,
I was working through my list ,
when my Lavinia order for our Cumbria workshop arrived.
So as you can imagine,
Everything stopped,
Out came the stamps ,
and I had a play
A quick tag,
Just to make the stamps feel at home.
I took photos as I went along,
So that I could share the process with you .
I used a ready made tag from Tim Holtz...well I was in a rush to use my new stash.
I bet I’m not the only one who does this
I spritzed the tag and then added some pixie powders and brusho powders.
When dry I edged the tag and stamped some fairy script using Crushed Olive Oxide ink.
Next some stamping in black ink
Top and bottom...
I have new favourites already...
I edged the tag with black ink
Look how it frames the design .
I also added some colour using pencil and gel pens
Some Lavinia words, bakers twine, dew drops and liquid glass
and my design is complete.
The detail is amazing
Well, playtime over .
Better get back to that list
It is Elliot’s day tomorrow and
Hazel Grove workshops on Wednesday,
so lots still to do..
It is raining here now...so it is going to be a wet dog walk
Enjoy your evening all
Much love and hugs..
