New Heart Sticker Stencil

Hi everyone, 

Thanks so much for popping in today. 

It is a very grey and wet morning here in Cheshire. 

So I decided to have an inky session in my craft room. 

I wanted to have a play with these new 

Lavinia Sticker Stencils. 

As you can see I have had so much fun, 

You know how I love to create a 3D illusion on a flat piece of card .

I started with multifarious card, the heart sticker stencil and 2 Elements inks pads. 

Confetti for my main image and Graphite to add the shade, 

I slowly and carefully worked my way around the design, using both the inner and outer parts of the stencil. 

The new size 3 stencil brush was great for this. 

I didn’t know if the effect would work. 

I just carried on inking my way around the design. 

Hey presto, this is what I had. 

I added some extra depth and pattern with the Replenish stencil. 

Some splats, a round sticker and a couple of sentiment stickers and the design was almost finished. 

A few white highlights and charcoal shadows and  I love the result.

There are 4 sticker stencils in the pack, the heart, a leaf and 2 birds.

Christmas Baubles With Lavinia

Hi everyone, 

I hope you had a lovely weekend. 

Our workshops on Saturday was wonderful and it is always so 

good to be able to see what everyone creates. 

Saturday evening we had friends round for a meal, and ‘sleep over’

Well, we has so much catching up to do that we didn’t go to bed until 5-30am….

I really don’t know where the time went. 

One thing  I do know though is that time spent with friends is very  precious and laughter really is good medicine. 

Ok so technically that is 2 things…🤣

Fluttering Friday

Hi everyone, 

Thanks so much for popping in today. 

It is always so lovely to have your company. 

Today I have some recent Aall & Create samples to share with you, 

They all use new stamps  by Tracy Evans, 

I had such a wonderful time creating these. 

I do adore butterflies. 

Unfortunately these are the last of my design team samples for Aall & Create. 

I have made the decision to step down from the team. 

Recently we have had more and more samples to create, challenges and very short deadlines. 

I have found the past few months very challenging .

I have managed to meet every deadline, even if I have been crafting into the early hours, but there comes a time when I need to put my health and family first. 

I do wish Abs and the rest of the team all the best in the future. 

I am just off for a coffee now, I have been on grandma duties this morning and I have my online class tomorrow.

So lots still to do here

Fun with Lavinia

Hi everyone,

These are from our Lavinia Extravaganza.

Honestly it was so good spending  time with Tracey and the whole Lavinia family. 

Sarah was such great company. 

We stayed at the Griffin Inn again, I do love this place.

I am hoping to take Karl there for a night soon. 

It was so good to see so many friends, and meet new ones. 

If you haven’t been to the shop it is such a magical place.
