Home Sweet Home...

Good afternoon all and welcome to our new follower. I do hope you like it here....

I hope you had a good weekend and that this week is treating you well. As I mentioned on Sunday Karl, Tess and me spent the afternoon in the garden...I do love my garden but it is amazing how fast those weeds grow....here is part of it..shame the sun had gone in .

Notice Tess.....no show without punch!!!!!

Back to Sunday ..hope you managed to catch Barbara on tv. Another great show with fantastic new products.

Here is one of my cards from the show....I do hope you like it....

I used one of the new cottage stamps...with Distress ink ...Black Soot ,

Then did some watercolour painting.

This is a really quick and effective technique...

Next I put some Mustard Seed D.I. Onto my craft mat and added some yellow to my house.

The line writing sentiment stamps are brilliant and make a great border or frame.

I added the blackbird from the Morning has broken stamp set and joined it all together with my black fine liner pen. Then some matting and layering.

A quick but effective card and suitable for many occasions too.

I am having a catch up week this week, trying to get ahead for once....I really need to get to the bottom of the ironing basket, .....

Plus get some jobs ticked off that craft jobs to do list....

All the new products from Clarity can be found on the web site...http://www.claritystamp.co.uk

I am off to walk Tess now...have a good evening....

Hugs...Jo. X

A very lovely card Jo! It looks far more complicated than it actually is too! And with a change of colour it would look a very different card! Thank you for sharing!
Your garden looks lovely! See you soon! Xxx

Really pretty garden Jo - you've got green fingers.
Lovely card - I love this cottage stamp but it didn't get much of an airing on Sunday. A definite must have I think and what a good idea to make a frame with the sentiment. Xxx
