Sunday, a day to rest...

Good evening all and thanks for joining me,

I must admit I am absolutely shattered today, as I didn't get home until 10-45 last night, but what a wonderful three days I have had.

Here we are just finishing off setting up ,

The drive down was a little slow and I now know why the M25 is affectionately know as a car park., but I did it...( I was so relieved to pull up at the Rugby Club )

We stayed in the amazing Spa Hotel, and those of you who are going to the retreat,,,you are in for a real treat..

Here is my room mate...relaxing...

Thanks Mandy...what a great time we had...

Breakfast in our room was rather good too...especially as it was delivered by two rather lovely young men!!!

Here we are ready for action....

I was so thrilled to meet Linda and Tina, both extremely talented ladies...but so lovely too...generous and kind...

I can't wait to see you both again....

I always worry that nobody will stop at my desk...and no one will watch my demonstration...but as always the crafters were such a friendly bunch.I was so thrilled when the lovely Maggie sat down , smiled and away we went....before I knew it...an hour had gone

Look at all these people

The buzz was just awesome,,

It is always great to see old friends, meet new ones and put names to faces...

Here are some of the ladies who kept me company yesterday afternoon,,,and Debbie, so good to get to finally meet you...

Now remember that favourite new stencil of mine...the one that I keep playing with...well we had it at the open days...not for long though...by Friday afternoon we had sold out...and there had been loads....

So Saturday morning ...new stocks arrived...and you won't believe it...by 3 pm...oh yes...sold out once again...

So I thought we could have a little give away...

I just happen to have a Wild Flowers Stencil with no home to go too...

So leave me a comment and I will pick out a winner and send it on its way...

Time to relax and catch up with Karl...oh I did miss him...

Thanks to Barbara, Dave and all the Clarity team..the wonderful ladies and gents, and to those wonderful crafters who said such lovely things....I can't name you all, but I know you will read this ...

So this is just for you...

Thank you...and a special hug from me...

Mandy you were such a star, and you made my journey home a treat,,,I really don't know why I worried..

Have a great evening all

Much love and hugs

Jo. xxx

Glad you had a good time Jo. I don't know why you were worried that no-one would want to stop at your desk, you're a brilliant teacher. Clarity are so lucky to have you as a part of their very talented team. Looking forward to our next Clarity Anglesey in August won't be long now xx

Jo, I could not believe my luck getting a seat by you so quickly and I loved every second I spent there and learned so much from you. I was tempted to come back later but there was never a space. I know Debbie loved it too. I am definitely going to try your method of putting the paste through that lovely stencil. I hipe you manage to get some time to relax and get your breath back after such a full on couple of days. I ws so glad that I made the decision at the start to stay till Sunday before travelling home, fresh and rested. Hope to see you again soon and thank you again for all the things you taught me. Love Maggie xxxx

Glad you had a great time at the open days. I might pluck up courage to come next year! I would need to save as I would need so much when I saw it. Safe trip home I bet Tess and Eric will be pleased to see you. XX

Mmmm, I had to stand to watch you, your table was always surrounded ! Hubby also spent time watching you and he gave me a talk through of what you were doing when I was elsewhere. I'm so pleased he enjoyed it too as I was a bit worried! He was blown away by seeing all the work on the walls as he'd never seen them up close before, just on the telly! I learned a lot! The hotel was special and I bumped into you all on Friday night going off to Barbara's for pizza. Glad you got home safe and sound, hope you feel refreshed now. Look forward to seeing more of you work, love Jackie x x

Wish I could have been there - bit too far from North Wales though ;) Looks like you all had a blast.

It was great to finally see you again after so long (I think I last saw you at your first Lindale class) and although we've "chatted" on here and FB; we've not had that hug for so long. Loved your mixed media work using that lovely stencil - I was lucky enough to get one of the latest 2 on Saturday so very glad I got one. My daughter and I are staying at The Spa Hotel in July for the Retreat so I think we're in for a treat. Hope you had a relaxing day and thanks for your contribution towards a wonderful day. Hugs, Jeanette xxxx

Everything you create is totally fab. One of these days, I'll go through your blue bin looking for cards that didn't make it. It might make the rest of us feel better. You're truly a visionary and an inspiration. Keep on...

I too really enjoyed the whole day (Saturday). Fancy you being worried that no-one would stop by your table - you are a fab teacher! I headed for you when I first arrived but couldn't get near; same every time I tried. When the room began to thin out, I was lucky enough to watch you demo but too late to buy the stencil (boo hoo!!!). Love Beryl xx

It was great to see you and say hello although I've been lucky enough to get to play with that fab stencil at your last clarity Glasgow day 😆 As I said I can mostly do the things you show us but you have an awesome way of putting clarity and great inky techniques together into great designs that I would never think of. So clever. Glad you enjoyed the weekend - so did I Lx
