Good job we both had our coats on.

Thyme Dream Tonic

Hi everyone 

Thanks so much for popping in again 

I do hope your day has started well.

Another early start here…both Karl and Mikey up early , 

So it was an early walk with Eric, but a beautiful one.

So peaceful, and so many blackbirds after the early morning worm. 

I have another sample to share with you today 

This one uses one of our new sticker stencils.

These are perfect for smaller design…

(Thanks Tracey…we asked and you listened )

They will be available on Friday 7th Feb,,,also a cork stamp and some wonderful bottle stickers 

I just love the combination and the possibilities 

I began by stamping my pot of herbs.

Next I added the sticker stencils and some gentle shade around the edge of it. 

Followed by stamping some herbs in the bottle 

I chose Thyme 

I do love to use stencils with sticker stencils , the combination is fabulous 

So I introduced some crackle

After removing the sticker stencil I added some shade using pastel pencils 

You know how I just love todo this 

I was spoilt for choice with the new bottle stickers 

A little tag from my Sizzix tag collection die set 

A couple of butterflies and a sentiment 

I just love this design so much

Luka loving his herbs

Good morning all, 

Welcome to a new week.

I do love spending time with you. 

An early start here as Karl left at 5am,,,bless him 

So I have walked Eric , been to the supermarket, and I 

am now catching up in my craft room before coffee time. 

I thought today I would share another sample with you. 

This one mixes some of our older stamps with some of the new ones.

Herbs and Delights Collection will be released this Friday the 7th February.

I had so much fun making this 

I started with some stamping 

Slowly building up the scene 

Some masking 

More stamping 

I love to add some stencil work…it really gives atmosphere 

Some extra colour and the finishing touches of 

highlights and shadows 

I mounted this on backing card using the new herb words 

There are so many possibilities with this new collection.

Herbs and Delights

Hi everyone, 

Happy Sunday, 

I hope you are having a lovely day. 

We have just been for a lovely little walk around Shakerley Mere with Eric.

They have a wonderful little coffee van there too. 

I am popping in with some exciting news today 

This Friday the 7th of Feb 

Lavinia stamps have a new release 

The Herbs and Delights Collection 

This is such a wonderful and useful set of stamps 

and I have had a great time creating designs with them.

Today I want to introduce you to the little garden Pixies

These Herbalums look after the herb garden 

This is how I created the design 

I started with some stamping, 

Gradually building up the design 

Adding more herbs 

Some landscape 

Some sky and extra colour to frame the design 

All finished with some shading and highlights
