It had to be Poppies

Hi everyone,
Warm hugs
Thanks so much for popping in today.

I walked the boys to school today in a snow blizzard….thank goodness it has stopped now.

I have just been in the garden to give the birds some food and fresh water
This is the front of our house…our little camper van is covered in snow.

So I decided to have a lovely warm cup of coffee and a play with the new
Mica Minerals.

They are fabulous on black card

Here is a closer look

Simple stamping in VersaMark ink…the sticky one

Then gently add the mica minerals.
Remember a dabbing motion and small amounts at a time.

I added them one colour at a time.

To clean off the bloom (excess powder around the image ) and buff up the mica I always use
a cotton pad…as it is nice and gentle

I added some mica mineral splatters,
Some posca pen

Wow look at that shine
It really doesn’t show up

I do hope you will have a play…
Enjoy

Take care
Keep safe and warm

Much love and hugs
