Good morning.....hope Saturday is treating you well....
Today is workshop day in Edgeley, Stockport...and a do meet such a fabulous bunch of crafters here...
But just before the Wednesday and the Clarity Cumbria ladies and gents get upset, I am so lucky that all the crafters who come to play are wonderful and I class them as special people and very good friends.
Today we are using sticky embossing powder from Ranger...if you don't have any of this , I thoroughly recommend that you invest in some...I have been using it for a couple of years now...and love it...
And look you can make one of my favourite wreath cards...
The key is a wooden embellishment and I have used the sticky embossing powder and gilding flakes on it...
You use it like a normal embossing powder....so stamp with VersaMark ink...Then pour the powder on...tap off...
And heat up...This makes the image sticky.....then you can add gilding flakes......
You get great detail too...
You can also use flock..
And glitter...
Think of all those brilliant stamps that you have, and how you can use them....
These are the two cards that we are making today....
When stamping words or sentiments a single colour of flakes is recommended ...
Do hope nobody has a bad cough today....or we could have flakes everywhere......
Happy crafting everyone....enjoy your evening ,
Love and hugs...
