Good morning and welcome to the second day of Christmas.....
On the second day of Christmas Barbara gave to me....a brilliant new stamp and stencil set...
I hope you like it...
It all started with some red card, the stencil and my eBosser....remember your stencils work so well with embossing machines.
I used coordinations card so that I could then do some sanding....
This helps the image to pop and stand out better..
I then used my embossing tool on the reverse of the card...
I stamped the large round stamp on to white card and the centre part onto red card using VersaMark ink.....these were then embossed with detail gold embossing powder. I then cut them out and layered them up...
Some matting and layering and four gold Card Candi.....plus some white highlights with a pencil...
Here is a closer look....
I hope you have a good day...I am just off for a long walk with Tess....it really makes me happy....the sun is shinning and the birds are singing...
Tomorrow I have workshops in Hazel Grove...I really look forward to seeing this lovely group of crafters....we have been together for quite a few years now....and it is so good to have friendship and Trust.....you see Trust is a small word but a very important one....and it seems to be going out of fashion....
So please be kind to each other today...
Crafty hugs ,
Jo. xxxx
Loved this when I saw it on Tv. Wondered if it was coordinations or red parchment. ..and now I know. Have a great day at Hazel Grove, Jeanette xx

Deletelove what you have done with stencil here xx
ReplyDeleteReally love the embossed detail of the stencil, must give it a try. I also just caught up with yesterdays blog and the window guilding is stunning. Certainly need to play with both these techniques. XX
