Good morning all,
Wow, it is Friday, we made it.
Today it is our Adams ( eldest son ) Birthday
I can’t believe he is 32 years old. Wow, where did the time go ?
I hope you have some sun shining on you today and that you are feeling well and positive.
I have another headache, but hey ho
I’m still hoping to get some jobs ticked off the list.
I thought I would start by sharing a sample with you, using a new die by Bipasha Bk for Aall & Create .
I just love the classy, clean and simple lines.
I started by simply die cutting the design.
I then took the waste and matted and layered it.
I just wanted to keep to a monochromatic design.
I then added the die cut back into the design...
A technique that I love to use.
I felt the design just needed something else, so I had a spare butterfly flying around...
So on he went
I added a stamped sentiment which I cut into segments , plus some posca splatters .
Here is a closer look
I have to be honest,
I think this is such an effective piece of art, but so easy to achieve.
I hope you enjoy the rest of your day.
Those who are joining me tomorrow for our Masterboard online workshop.
I will see you at 11am..
Take care everyone
Much love and hugs
Jo xxx
Love your card! The die is fantastic and your added extras make the card shine! I hope your headache goes soon. Take care and stay safe xxx
ReplyDeleteThis is so stunning I so hope your headache goes very soon love xx
ReplyDeleteLove this card Jo, hope you get rid of your headache soon xx
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card Jo. Hope you're feeling better today. 🤗
ReplyDeleteLove this, Jo. I have the die and now I have your inspiration x
ReplyDeleteWOW! I didn't realise AALL & Create did dies, this is great! It looks absolutely fabulous. I think it may work well as a Christmas card (although I'll have to find just the right element to replace your butterfly, but only as I'm planning a festive card). You may think it's easy, but that's because you have done the hard work putting your tutorial together - thank you.
ReplyDeleteSending you hugs (as you sound as though you need them this week) xXx
