Happy Christmas ..Take 5

Good morning and yes....I am here with Happy Christmas take 5, I am so pleased that I have kept up with Sam's Challenge, not only on Facebook but on my blog too....

I am also so thrilled that we have a new follower...I really do get so excited when another member joins our happy little band ....do pull up a chair and grab a drink....it may be a rocky road at times....but I will always have my lippy ( oh and tassels!!!!!!!)

Here is today's card and I do hope you like it...it was my favourite sample from my Christmas ones....

I do love the Clarity stencils and remember that they can go through your embossing machines....( if you have a cuttlebug you need the A5 stencils....see they really do think of everything ..

I ran the stencil and Gelli card through the eBosser and kept the stencil in place...

Next with my favourite brushes I added colour, starting with Lettuce Adirondack ink and then onto Meadow...

See how the colour build up....oh I do love this ....and it is so quick....but don't tell anyone that bit!!!!

On a separate piece of card I stamped the large round using VersaFine black ink and added some colour.

Next came the VersaMark ink and Clear Embossing powder....three times....( hence it is called Triple Embossing )

A few pearl gems , some matting and layering, some CardCandi and job done...

I hope you have enjoyed our Christmas week, even though my Mum says it is far too early....sorry Mum...

I promise to post something more seasonal next time.....

Have a good weekend whatever you are up too,

Much love and hugs

  4. This is lovely. I like that this stencil can be used all year as it doesn't only fit Christmas. I like the effect you get from triple embossing, very glass like. XX
