Monday catch up

Hi everyone, 

Thanks so much for popping in and I 

do hope your new week has started well.

I am feeling lots better…thanks so much to 

those of you who got in touch…honestly your lovely words mean so much. 

On Saturday it was our Lavinia workshop day 

At The Stamp Pad 

Honestly it was such a wonderful day, 

Great company, 

Lots of laughs…

The ladies made the most amazing cards.

Oh and the afternoon tea was just yummy

Remembrance Weekend

Hi everyone, 

Hope you are keeping well .

I am much better thank you. 

It is good to be feeling back to normal…

I am just back from walking the boys to school. 

It is quite chilly outside today, but at least it is dry. 

I have an all day Lavinia class tomorrow for Gwen 

at The Stamp Pad near Oldham..

It is always such a wonderful day there…and Kath makes the most 

amazing gf cakes…

On Sunday it is Remembrance Sunday…

Both Elliot and Jenson are marching through the village with Beavers and Squirrels ( young cub scouts, just incase you are wondering ) 

Jenson is also in Aldi tomorrow to help sell poppies. 

So I felt it was the perfect day to share a Poppy card with you…

Monday Morning

Hi everyone,

I do hope you had a lovely weekend and that your new week has started well. 

I have been ill all weekend with flu, and such a naughty cough and chest pains…

Bless them Elliot and Jenson gave me a cuddly polar bear to keep me warm.

Karl (such a romantic) bought me a some Night nurse..

I really appreciated both…and fingers crossed in a few days I will be back to normal 

I really must slow down next year…otherwise I think this will happen more often

Time To Sparkle

Hi everyone, 

Hope today is treating  you well.

Happy 1st of November 

We have a new Lavinia Challenge and our theme is 

Time To Sparkle. 

Well, I don’t feel like sparkling at all….I have this horrible cold / flu bug that is going around 

Honestly I feel so rough..

Mind you I was expecting to be wiped out this week after the Hallowganza 

Here is my favourite photo,

Some inspiration for the Challenge

Oh yes I have used the stamp & spin again 

I told you that I love it 

Building up the design using the small snowflakes.

A variety of colours of Versafine Clair inks 

I added the smaller snowflakes 

Some background Elements ink 

Some glitter 

Posca snow.

How fabulous and festive 

Right I am off now for. Coffee….and maybe a cheeky nap…I am shattered 

Fingers crossed normal services will be resumed next week
