Bold and Bright.

Good afternoon all, it is a bit cloudy and dull here today in Cheadle Hulme...so I thought I needed cheering up a bit. What better way to do that than craft in bold and bright colours. It just so happens that over at the PanPastel challenge blog that is the theme of their challenge...

So here is what I came up with...

I am loving this bright phase that I am in.....

Here is a closer look....

I started by using a piece of Linen card and the Diarylide yellow PanPasel....

Next came the Magenta Shade,

And finally the turquoise ......and a bit of gentle blending...

Then I stamped one of my new Clarity stamps...Papyrus...I do love to find little gems that are hiding in the Clarity cave....

Then some highlighting with a white pen...oh what a difference this makes...

Next we need a sentiment....so I went for one of my word chain stamps...

Hope....Just what We all need at times....

All finished off with some Spray&Shine, ....

So these are the three PanPastels that I used...
And this is what 20 minutes of pure play gave me...

I am entering this into the PanPastel Challenge 20. Bold and Bright......

If you would like to check it out....here is the link......http://panpasteluk.blogspot.co.uk/2014/08/challenge-20-bold-and-bright.html

Have a good afternoon ......it may be a chilli one...

Crafty hugs from me..

  2. What a beautiful creation, Jo, but I don't remember seeing this stamp. so I must go and have a look, although I have spent my crafting fund for this month. I might have to put it on to my wish list. Thanks for calling in today and having coffee with me. You are welcome any day. xxx Maggie
