The Next Classroom Kit

Happy Sunday to all, thank goodness the weather is better today.
Yesterday, I had a lovely day at Clarity NW run by the amazing Maria Simms..but the journey home on the motorway in all that heavy rain and thunder was not that good...but we made it ....thanks to my co-pilot Jane...
Today, I'm going to show you two cards that I made with the new classroom set....oh I so love this woodpecker stamp.....and he stamps so well...

The kit comes with a stencil and I used this with Distress Inks, Frayed Burlap, Vintage Photo and Brushed Curduroy to create the tree trunk.
The woodpecker was stamped in Black Memento ink and coloured with Graph'It markers.. I used the cloud mask and Tumbled Distress ink to create the sky....I keep practicing my sky and one day I want to be able to create one like the fabulous Emma Williams....I bow to her sun and clouds....

The kit also has this brilliant floral stamp in it which I repeatedly stamped and coloured in to make this card.

I also decoupaged some of the flowers.
I used a white gel pen to add the finishing details.

I'm so looking forward to seeing how Barbara uses these stamps in her next show....which is Saturday November 2nd.
Before I go,  just a quick reminder about my ' give away' if you haven't left a comment on the post...please do ...you may win the crafty goodies...
That's all from me for today.....I have another busy crafty week ahead, I am going to Warrington on Wednesday to meet some lovely new crafters and it's  our first Clarity with Jo workshop at C.J.Cardcrafts in Edgeley on Saturday....so looking forward to it...
Have a good week and Happy Crafting,
Jo. X
